Lutefisk dinner (October, 2011)

The third Saturday in October marks the annual Lutefisk Dinner prepared and served by members of the congregation to 1,200 avid diners from near and far. Preparations begin in early September with baking of lefse, and ends with making 360 pounds of meatballs, cooking pans of rommegrot and cranberries, and soaking over 1,000 pounds of lutefisk. Proceeds from the dinner are used for mission outreach. Tickets are available only in advance – contact the church office to be placed on the mailing list.
